Taylor Gray, a native of Artesia, N.M., has quickly proven himself as a talent both on and off the track. Despite his youth, Taylor, the youngest of the famed NHRA family, has already found racing success. In only the second race of the 2019 CARS Late Model Stock Tour season, Taylor found his way to victory lane at the famed Hickory Motor Speedway. He followed up his early Hickory win with another victory later in the year at the Fall Brawl - one of the country’s most prestigious late model events. Taylor dominated the October event, leading all 200 laps of the race. He turned heads from the start of the 2019 season to the drop of the final checkered flag. In 2020, Taylor carried his momentum into the ARCA Menards Series where he drove DGR-Crosley’s No.17 Ford Fusion. He made quite an impression in his rookie season earning his first win in the ARCA Menards Series West at Kern County Raceway Park in California in October, and his first pole at All American Speedway in California the same weekend. Taylor made five ARCA West starts in 2020 with one win, three top-five, four top-10 finishes and one pole. Additionally, he made 12 ARCA Menards Series Shorttrack Showdown starts with eight top-five and 11 top-10 finishes. He also ran five ARCA East races earning two top-five and five top-10 finishes. In 2021, Taylor will return to David Gilliland Racing, formerly DGR-Crosley, to compete in various ARCA Series races. In March, Gray will turn 16 which will allow him to run limited NASCAR Camping World Truck Series events in the No. 17 F-150 with support from Ford Performance.
